Thinking about stopping to solve our clue over some early morning snacks (~5AM) but... sat down, had a Eureka moment (Alex) and ran off to our next destination, Pier 39. This was after Palace of Fine Arts.
It's morning!
Got breakfast after Pier 39, went to Berkeley International House and the clue there brought us to Merrit Lake in Oakland.
